PAYMENT PLAN OPTION #1-NON-INCLUSIVE  

The following is due upon signups:

 

1 class/week- 45 (Aug)+45(May)+50(recital fee/video) +35(costume deposit) = 175+ registration fee

$45 due by the 10th of each month (Sept- April)

 

2 classes/week- 90 (Aug)+90 (May)+50 (recital fee/video)+70 (2 costume deposits) = 300 + reg. fee due the 1st month then $90 due by the 10th of each month (Sept- April)

 

3 classes/week (Super Saver) 112 (Aug)+112 (May)+50 (recital fee/video)+105 (3 costume deposits) = 379 + reg. fee due the 1st month then $112 due by the 10th of each month (Sept- April)

 

4 classes/week (Super Saver)- 157 (Aug)+157 (May)+50 (recital fee/video)+140 (4 costume deposits) = $504 + reg. fee due the 1st month then $157 due by the 10th of each month (Sept- April)

 

Unlimited classes (Super Saver)- 202 (Aug)+202 (May)+50 (recital fee/video)+175 (5 costume deposits) = 629 + reg. fee due the 1st month then $202 due by the 10th of each month (Sept- April)

           

Other costs that are optional and not included with monthly cost above- (bolded are mandatory fees if participating in the annual recital in June or attending class): solo/duet/trio costs, car magnets/stickers, parade/recital shirts, yearly dance pictures, photos in recital program, recital program, shoes, class attire, recital tights, registration fee, recital tickets, & costume remainder(s).

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION #2-ALL-INCLUSIVE:
First month plus registration is due before first class- Classes start August 19th

2 classes/week- $128 due by the 10th of each month (Aug-May)

 Includes:

1.  two classes per week per month

3. 1/2 page in recital program                                       

4. ASD t-shirt

5. full color recital program

7. recital fee                                                                 

8. Recital video

9. $140 towards each of the two recital costumes         

10.  two recital tickets

 

3 classes/week (Super Saver)- $160 due by the 10th of each month (Aug-May)

 Includes:

1. three classes per week per month

3. 3/4 page in recital program                                         

4. ASD t-shirt

5. full color recital program                                             

6. recital t-shirt

7. $210 towards each of the three recital costumes         

8. recital video

4 classes/week (Super Saver)- $215 due by the 10th of each month (Aug-May)

Includes:

1. four classes per week per month

3. Full page in recital program

7. $280 towards each of the four recital costumes         

8. recital video

Unlimited classes/week (Super Saver)- $270 due by the 10th of each month (Aug-May)

 Includes:

1. Five or more classes per week per month                 

2. parade sweatshirt

3. 1 1/4 page in recital program                                     

4. ASD t-shirt

5. full color recital program                                           

6. recital t-shirt

7. $350 towards each of the five recital costumes         

8. recital video

9. recital fee

Extras that are not included with all-inclusive option- solo/duet/trio costs, car magnets/stickers, parent shirts, costume remainder maybe more/less, yearly dance pictures, any extra photos in recital program, shoes, class attire, recital tights, registration fee

 

Note: If you or your child start later in the year and choose the all-inclusive plan you must back pay for all the months missed to cover all the extras.  Months included are Aug- May.  For example, 1 class is $30/month back pay, 2 classes is $40, 3 classes is $50, 4 classes is $60, Unlimited classes is $70.

 

Family Discounts:

For two or more children take off $5.00 per child per month; this ONLY applies to siblings living in the same household. Only one discount applies per family.  For example, to receive a family discount of $5 off for each child neither child can take three classes or more. 

 

Private Sessions:

$30 for 30 minute session

$60 for 60 minute session

Duet or Trio lessons- $15 for 30 minute session per student

 

Dance store available for all your dancing needs.

Payment options and policies:

            Tuition is paid monthly either by check, credit card (4% charge), Venmo (@April-Barnes-37), PayPal (4% charge) (aprilschoolofdance@yahoo.com), or cash.   Tuition is due by the 10th of every month and a late charge of $10 will be applied on any late payments.  Also, there will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.  Everyone should either mail in payments or parents should hand me their monthly payment in an envelope with the students name on it for less confusion.  Please do not send payments by your children and always put cash in an envelope with student’s name on it. 

 

Discounts:

Family discounts only apply to siblings living under the same roof.

            There will be a 5% discount if you pay by semester (August- December or January- May) and a 10% discount if you pay yearly starting in August.

 

Withdrawal Policy:

If a student has paid ahead of time and wishes to withdraw from his or her classes he or she will have a month from the first day of classes in order to receive a reimbursement of all funds except the first month payment and registration fee.  If a student wishes to withdraw from a class and not be charged, he or she must write a letter of withdrawal to ASD with your name, class that you are withdrawing from, and why.  If you do not send ASD a written withdraw then you will still be charged monthly until received. If for some reason the student cannot come to a few classes, (i.e. vacation) the student is still required to pay.
